What I do

I guide you, first and foremost, to have a healthy relationship with you own self and with your own heart.

I empower you, as an individual or couple, to create conscious relationships based on mutual love, respect and growth.

I show you how to create clear intentions and to make powerful shifts in awareness and perspective that attract the circumstances you long for rather than you chasing after them.

My Mission

My mission is to connect people to the wisdom and knowing that is always alive within their own heart and to empower them to create a life of meaning and fulfilment in partnership with the Divine.

Professional

I've been coaching in organizations and in private practice since 1989 and have worked with 100's of clients. My professional training includes majoring in philosophy at Sydney University, Australia, and a professional coaching certification from The Coaches Training Institute. My true training has taken place in other arenas: I am an initiated shaman in the indigenous Huichol Indian tradition of Mexico, having done an apprenticeship of over six years of instruction and pilgrimage to sacred sites. I also spent 20 years studying and teaching yoga and meditation and I was a counselor and coach for a spiritual retreat site for 10 years. I love to teach and travel and offer workshops in the US, New Zealand and Australia.

Personal

I am married to the love of my life and we live in Santa Barbara, California. I love spending time in nature, sitting around a fire with friends, listening to live music (my husband is a fabulous musician), dancing and hanging out with horses.
