What I do

As an RCI Licensed Couples and Singles Relationship Coach, I am committed to assisting married/pre-married couples, married/pre-married individuals, families and singles as they consciously create and nurture strong, pleasant, fulfilling relationships that will provide joy, peace, and life-long fulfillment.

As a Registered Conflict Resolution Professional/Mediator, I function as a third party neutral, facilitating clients in clarifying issues creating the dispute between  parties, and creatively assist them in finding a win-win solution to fit their specific situation.

Personal

I am a product of parents married for 67 years, and had eight children.  My parents always taught the importance of Godly living and “keeping the family together”.   This strong foundation and personal experience taught me to value and recognize the benefits of “family”.  It also taught me to be proactive in taking the necessary steps to preserve it, even when it is not easy. I am blessed to be married to my soul mate for 22 years, and together we have 2 beautiful children.

Professional Life:

I am an experienced, results focused, proactive RCI Licensed Relationship Coach and Registered Conflict Resolution Professional.  I have a proven track record of working with individuals, couples, families, and organizations to successfully clarify and achieve their vision, increase proficiency in developing and maintaining relationships, and resolving disputes.

Belief:

I believe the greatest success one can attain in life is to be blessed with relationship wisdom and knowledge needed to create and maintain positive, productive, long-lasting relationships.  At the end of every human life, the only worth while thing that remains, and has the ability to gift the world, is the way we treated others and the positive influence we had on their lives.

Coaching Style

I have a very personable, professional, creative, and pointed style of coaching.  I am also a great listener.  These attributes allow my clients to be themselves without feeling judged, and I provide assistance and a safe haven for them to feel comfortable identifying needed areas of improvement.  Clients leave each session with tools, techniques, a real chance at enhancing their relationships.
