What I do and who I work with:
I work as a coach/consultant - working with individuals (from teens to centurions), couples, and businesses to rEVOLutionise the intimacy, passion, awe, and juicy service in their lives – working to unfold a blossoming in beauty, goodness and truth/integrity. I only work with folk who are truly committed and coachable to experiencing awe-gasmic lives! These are peak performing coaches, entrepreneurs, consultants, actors, mothers, leaders, care-givers, ... anyone who chooses to live in harmony with their essence. With the client, we co-design Integral programs with clients to align with their lifestyle, purpose and mission...
As a Coach:
I'm a rather embodied intuitive coach - and like to work with you sensing what is arising, what is being called to us from within and outside, and taking us in loving embrace and depth of consciousness to the potential of who you are. I hold you within a strong structure – with a Vision, the Design of a program, empowering you to Implement it fully, while continually assessing to see if you on on your right track.. I play various roles to get the best of out our journey, and use a host of skills for Orgasmic fruition. The coaching can only work if you give yourself to the process whole heartedly and commit to yourself. I expect openness, integrity, authenticity, and for you to honestly share what you need! I'm embracing and accepting. And know that I will not reject you, and will love you though whatever you present, and hold you. And you will always know I love you - at times intuitively I choose to do things to draw something out of you for you to explore - I'm a girl - I cry, laugh, shout, whisper, get sexy... I have various faces in service of You. I work both in the light and dark. Thus offer a gorgeousness in both support and challenge. Coaching exposes your edges, taking you to your defenses and limiting beliefs - to help show you the areas of your consciousness that are calling our attention. I will appreciate you through it all - even when your smallness irritates you and your greatness frightens you! I push the edges and am crazy, while holding you in your Divinity!
My background:
A degree in Psychology has given me understanding. A degree in Drama had me pushing limits of fear and exploding in wildness, dance, creativity and spontaneity. As a life-long cherishing friend to core women and men, I've learnt the liberation in giving, the must for authenticity and how to be an audacious flirt! Working as an AIDS counselor opened me to the magnitude and implications of unhealthy and unprotected sex – and sent me off with a desire to change the world and stop abuse. Training in Psychodrama made me wonderfully crazy, authentic, surrender to quietude and gave me tastes of the magic in group healing. As a teen individual, group and family counsellor I came to connect with the power of transformation and love. As a strong meditator and extensive faster I breath a LOT and sparkle and sprinkle delights of love in service of All. As a worker with special needs and aged my heart broke and opened the floods of compassionate living. Being a student of A Course in Miracles has taught me to create miracles and be a healer. Training as a Certified Networking Coach came the gifts of being disciplined, fully present, requesting boldly, and having integrity. As a home provider/fosterer for years to emotional challenging (Fetal Alcoholics, Aspergers, etc) teens unleashed the healing potential in juicy empathy, the revelations in understanding, and the strength in Wisdom. Becoming a Master Certified Singles and Couples Coach has spoken to the power of purpose, the joy of love, and the importance of honing down to specifics. Studying a Masters in Ken Wilber's Integral Theory has given me an overall map of how everything fits together from evolving, diverse and conflicting perspectives and how truly complex we all are with delicious nuances and contradictions. Being a mother to two precious beings, has allowed me an intimate channel for patience and play, devotion and celebration, rhythm and consistency.
A general skeleton for our work – using Bill Torbet's Action Inquiry:
1. VISION: We create your vision of your life, and choose what your intention is for our relationship and time together, and what role(s) you are wanting me to play to get the best out of you.
2. DESIGN: We design a plan of how and what you intend to be, do, feel, and have daily.
3. IMPLEMENTATION: You implement it - and log it on the table we co-design. In our coaching/weekly feedback we see how it's going. There has to be a physical, emotional, mental, intentional, and purposeful commitment to your process... for your soul to be touched, moved and inspired! Otherwise there's no zinging or true full-bodied awakening! Yeah Baby! It will take something beyond you.... a compelling force to go beyond a small mundane everyday activity into a fervent creation of who you are to become. A gorgeous, life-giving, love-enhancing, awakening God/dess!
4. FEEDBACK: In the coaching, and while you practice you can assess to see if your practice is in alignment with your intention, values, morals, lifestyle, purpose etc. We then can change or enhance your vision, the design or the implementation to ensure you fulfill your dreams within the Coaching. It is up to you to own the process and create it... I'll be the embracer, transformer, trickster and lover-coaching you... working with you to be present to how awesome you are, and to pull out the blocks that prevent you from living your Awesome Life.
