Michelle Blacksher has 3 wonderful married children and is the proud grandparent of 6 grandchildren. She also has two delightful cats who are brother and sister, Rocky and Cosette. They have so many fun adventures that she wrote a book for her grandchildren about them.
Because of her personal background, along with her professional training, she understands the complexities involved in divorce recovery, finding fulfilling purpose again when dreams have died, and growing successful relationships.

"Restoration! Michelle Blacksher has been an inspiration to many including myself this last year of divorce, commotion, and plenty of pain. I took her Divorce Recovery class last year while I was going through my divorce and because of her and God's leading that I ended up with a start on the healing process and a new positive attitude. That. Her study on positive self talk enabled me to quit looking at the pain in the past and to accept God's grace and comfort with the potential of becoming a whole person again in the not too distant future. Michelle has worked with singles throughout the Portland area for over twenty years. She has established ministries for single moms in local churches, facilitated groups, and has done pastoral counseling and relationship coaching. She continues to teach classes at Portland Community College and works with many area churches, as well as coaching clients worldwide.
She was nominated to the Who's Who of Professionals for Coaching/Counseling.
Michelle enjoys speaking to groups, encouraging and challenging people in personal growth and to pursue their God-given passions.
She has written a little book(let) about hearing God's voice, entitled "Directions to the Secret Place: Practical Tools for Hearing God's Voice", which she will share with all groups and is available as an e-book.
