What I do

In life coaching I partner with individuals and support them as they begin to understand who they are and create a life that truly reflects that. In a co-active and supportive environment I work with clients to achieve the life and relationships they have been dreaming about and enjoy the process along the way.

In Divorce coaching I help clients take an honest look at what is currently happening in their life (the divorce) and develop a plan to move through the transition into a fulfilling life beyond. I will also be a support as you experience the growth, both emotional and spiritual, that this transition can bring about.

I love to work with singles, coaching them into awareness of who they truly are. The first relationship is the most crucial and that is the one you have with yourself. From the knowledge gained in this fundamental relationship you will create a clear picture of your ideal relationship with others. This will serve as your foundation as you also learn the skill sets needed to create loving and supportive relationships.

Couples coaching is so very powerful and I understand firsthand what contributes to failure in relationships as well as success. In couples coaching the work is based on creating a conscious relationship that supports both the individual partners in the relationship as well as the relationship as a whole.

My Mission

I believe that we all have the ability to create the life and relationships of our dreams. As a coach, my mission is to support as many people as possible to connect with themselves and others in an authentic, joyful and empowering way so they may create their perfect relationships.

How I work

First and foremost I believe in the greatness in all of us. I will be your cheerleader as well as your accountability partner. With curious questioning I will help you to explore the deepest parts of yourself and armed with that knowledge begin to create a life that you love. I will give you honest and compassionate feedback and together we will design action steps to get you moving forward into a life that is an authentic representation of you. I will hold you accountable to honor your commitments to yourself as you move forward into this new life you are creating. I love supporting clients in enjoying their life in the moment while still moving forward into the vision they have created.

I work primarily with clients over the phone and yet also work with clients face to face who live in the same area as I reside.

About me

I have enjoyed lucrative careers in both real estate and retail and yet what I really loved about those careers was working with people. It was that love, plus first hand experience with the powerful changes coaching can bring about that inspired me to develop my practice as a coach. I have lived through divorce, single parenthood, remarriage, job transfers, blending families and creating relationships that fulfill me.

I earned my CPC designation from the International Coach Academy and am moving towards my Master Coach Credentials with the International Coach Federation.

My affiliation and training with RCI has broadened and deepened my skill in coaching singles and couples in creating exciting and fulfilling relationships.

I love writing and am a contributing author of 101 Great Ways to Improve Your Life Vol. III.
I write on many topics as well as present workshops on relationships, communication, prosperity, and transitioning through divorce.

In hosting a weekly internet radio show on Contact Talk Radio I have had the wonderful opportunity to explore all the ways we can find joy again after a relationship has failed.
Most importantly, I am currently living a life I love as a mother, step-mother, and nana and especially as a coach, which is truly living my life purpose.

Who I Work With

I welcome working with anyone who is willing to stand up and truly “own” the outcome of their life. A 45 minute exploratory session is always complimentary and is a wonderful way to experience the benefits that coaching can bring to your life.

We have relationships in all areas of our lives. They require work and can sometimes seem overwhelming and frustrating. On the other hand relationships can also be exhilarating, fun, full of love and ultimately very fulfilling.
