What I Do
As a certified life and relationship coach for Tampa Bay Area singles and couples, I assist individuals in creating and attaining fulfilling relationships. I provide my clients many resources that guide their journey to reach their relationship goals. With my background in teaching, I help educate my clients to recognize their strengths, utilize tools & techniques and create action steps to success.
My Mission
My mission is to provide individuals the tools and support to creating and maintaining healthy fulfilling relationships. Our daily interactions with people of all walks of life impact each other from a serious talk to a simple smile. By learning and utilizing positive principles and techniques within our immediate relationships, we begin to spread our happiness to all of those around us. Just like a rock thrown into a still pond, we notice the immediate change in the area impacted by the water. With a little time and patience we can slowly see the entire pond has been affected.

Personal
: I moved to Tampa 17 years ago after being raised in Texas. After 7 years of teaching in the public school system I had stopped growing and decided to look for another career. In a short amount of time, I decided to begin a new career in coaching. It was actually several of my friends who helped me discover that I should specialize in relationships, as I had helped so many of them with theirs. I then formed the company Focusing Forward and have been assisting people in reaching their relationship goals ever since. I believe that the only way to become successful in life is by gaining knowledge. I believe that knowledge can be received several different ways.
Coaching Style
My coaching style is a combination of education, accountability and support. I believe that the only way to become successful in life is by gaining and utilizing knowledge. I believe that knowledge comes in several forms, from personal experience to instructed information. I use my teaching experience with coaching ideals to guide my clients to attaining fulfilling relationships. I have created a personal but professional environment that gives my clients a comfort that allows them to freely express their desires and then strategically create an action plan for their success.
