Personal

I am a survivor who has traversed the pain of divorce and come out on the other side wiser.  I started a new fulfulling life through my faith and my new family.  My husband and I enjoy triathlons, scuba diving, our pets, children and extended family.

I coach with the heart of a teacher.  My goal is to educate my clients that you have choices and those choices can be conscious.  I enjoy empowering you to create and live the vision you have for your life.  To help you be present and take control of your life and relationships.
