What I do
I coach and celebrate individuals and couples through a process of spiritual (not religious) self-discovery to uncover what is truly important to them, and how to create the vision of love and life they desire.
I believe that relationships are our greatest opportunity for personal and spiritual growth - starting by knowing, embracing, forgiving and loving ourselves.
As a Coach for Singles I help my clients clarify what their love requirements, needs and wants are so they can attract their perfect partner and co-create a committed and fulfilling life together.
As a Coach for Pre-Marital and Newlywed Couples I help my clients imagine and explore their highest vision of spiritual partnership, and put into practice essential relationship skills that support their intention for a deeply meaningful and satisfying life together.
As a Coach for Committed/Married Couples I help my clients that have been committed and/or married for a long time replace unwanted habitual patterns with conscious new choices and skills that enhance their love and intimacy and deepen the adventure.
As a Spiritual Coach I help people evolve spiritually, manifest their visions and live authentically through the practices of new thought/ancient wisdom and Integral principles.
As a Ceremony Celebrant/Officiant I celebrate and honor individuals, couples, families and communities through co-creating and officiating life rites-of-passage ceremonies and rituals – weddings, commitments, baby namings, partings/exits, and celebrations-of-life.

Personal
Relationships have been my greatest challenge and deepest learning experience. In 2001, in my early 50’s, I “started over” by moving to Colorado and have created the life I’ve been called to live and absolutely love! I live in the Boulder-Denver area and thoroughly enjoy communing with nature through hiking, walking, running and dancing in these incredibly beautiful mountains. I also love singing opera, blues and spiritual music, as well as deepening my meditation and spiritual practice. I have two adult married children and two grandbabies. Lyla, my feline companion, is my greatest vocal fan (she loves opera).
