About the Coach

After 20 years of working in corporate America in Human Resources and Organizational Development capacities, Angel decided to open a retail store in Minnesota called Awakenings (www.awakenings-ppi.com).  Awakenings is a woman friendly establishment that addresses sensual issues for women and couples in a non-threatening manner.  She and her partner, Harold Taitt have taken a consultative approach to the needs of their clients.  As a result, the business gave birth to Angel’s coaching practice which was a natural evolution ad value added piece to the retail entity.  Her most recent training included coursework from the Coach Training Alliance and The Relationship Coaching Institute (RCI).

The Objective

As a coach I serve as a tour guide into one’s inner self.  I help you open doors, overcome false and/or limiting beliefs and discover the best you can be.  By doing so, you open yourself up to limitless possibilities.  As a single person, you are able to clearly focus on your core values, seeking companions that compliment you and add to your life, as you will theirs.  As committed couples, you will go deeper to discover more intimate ways of communication and your inner voice to share what makes you happy and what you would like to change in your relationship in a manner that will benefit both parties.
I do not direct your actions; I simply help you to find your own inner compass.  Through guided exercises and practical everyday life observations, you will learn how to make conscious decisions and no longer sleep walk through your relationships.
