What I Do

If you're single, I help you find the courage to seek your life partner. If you're now with a partner, I help the two of you co-create your ideal relationship. If you're a pre-committed couple, I help you determine the right next step in your relationship. To make all this possible, I teach you the skills, information and tools you need to be successful and keep the past from repeating itself.

I have personally experienced ALL the dating traps described in the ConsciousDating program. I've also followed the LPQ program myself and find that it contributes greatly to the relationship I'm in today. I'm 100% committed to helping you avoid the trial and error process I went through and to find your life partner or co-create your ideal relationship more quickly and with greater ease.

How I Do It

I create a safe environment for individuals and couples to experience whatever they need to experience in order to take their next step in relationship. I have a special affinity for working with mature adults who have had their hearts broken through failed relationships or the death of a partner. As these individuals come face-to-face with their fears and beliefs about relationships, I help them explore and confront the inner and outer obstacles - those inner voices that say, "What's the use?" - "It's too late." - "I should just be content with my work, my family and friends."

Together we use a variety of tools -ConsciousDating coaching, Voice Dialogue and Imago Relationship Therapy - to move beyond these obstacles and create the freedom to find and enter relationships with a new depth of openness, trust and joy.

Personal

I've spent more than half my adult life as a single. Divorced in my late 20's, I had the illusion that someday, somehow I would just meet "The One." Finally, after years of trial and error and a lot of additional training, I was able to co-create a satisfying relationship with someone I loved very much. Yet, despite all my hard work, our life dreams took us in opposite directions. When this partnership ended around my 50th birthday, the experience was heartbreaking. I was forced to face all my fear and anger about having "lost my best years." If I'd had the ConsciousDating tools back then, I could have avoided these costly, painful experiences.

Now, I'm embarking on the adventure of a new relationship with someone whose inner blueprint is so similar to mine that we're organically drawn to the same dreams, the same passions. For my 55th birthday, the new love of my life took me to Greece, the number one place I've always wanted to visit. I had not shared this dream with him - as it turned out, he'd been having thoughts of visiting Greece shortly before we met. Being naturally on the same wavelength makes our relationship that much more fulfilling.
