What I do

As a Relationship and Singles coach, I coach clients in the creation of extraordinary relationships, whether with themselves, their communities or with a significant other. We often utilize the RESTS (Relationship Success Training for Singles) program in paving the way for attractive living.

As a Mentor coach, I support coaches and helping professionals develop their coaching skills and their practices, as they assist their clients in living great lives.

As the Director of the Single’s Programs for the Relationship Coaching Institute, I have fun training our coaches in the learning and mastering of the RESTS material and furthering their success in coaching singles.

As a Life Coach and Psychotherapist, I coach individuals to connect with their innate beauty, joy, and passion and thereby experience purposeful, successful lives.

As the Director of ConnectStLouis, I develop programs for personal growth and oversee an organization that serves hundreds of individuals seeking connection, learning, and fun. Our team includes coaches, volunteers, and presenters who design workshops that scintillate, inspire and entertain. We provide education and go one step further, not only offering coaching, workshops and varied learning opportunities but also connection opportunities with self, others and the community. Today people need places for community both for a sense of connectedness and to explore relationships.

Personal

During a remarkable journey living in Europe for two years and in an intentional community in the United States, I was given the opportunity to study with many wise teachers. I learned meditation and awakening practices as well as transformational psychology. This was followed by family life, graduate school, and years working in counseling and social work. Later, I co-created the ConnectStLouis community. Through parenting 3 amazing adult children, practicing psychotherapy, and working on myself, I discovered that life not lived from essence is empty and out of balance. As I awake each day I look to live in wholeness. Finding coaching has been one of the joys of my life for it is a great vehicle for sharing my passion: spirit- centered living. When clients become connected to their passion, conscious of their vision and values, I delight in seeing the resulting joy and balance.

Coaching Style

Direct, compassionate, both process and action oriented. I am recognized for my wisdom, energy and enthusiasm, friendliness and attention to what really matters. People appreciate building their own support systems as they experience their strengths growing.
