What I do

As a Life and Business coach, I partner with people who choose to actively participate in reaching for more. Forward thinking people on a progressive and spiritual path. I provide interaction, focus & tools, in a safe, co-active, supportive, & fun environment, that teaches people how to identify and design a life vision in order to achieve , fulfilling, successful authentic lives in all areas.

As a Relationship coach, I help people to define and understand what it is they really require in order to attract their ideal partner and create a fulfilling, loving life partnership.

I work with clients individually on the phone. I’m a workshop facilitator & speaker, and I conduct group coaching sessions (live or telephone) & teleclasses.

My Mission

Is to inspire people to go deeper than they’ve ever gone before, to provide them with tools and information to allow them to think bigger, aim higher and to live rich, fulfilling, authentic lives in all ways.

Personal

I was born, educated and married in the UK. My children were born in London. We lived for 2 years in Vancouver BC, before finally coming to the US in 1979. I live a happy, fulfilled single life in Southern California. I have two wonderful grown up married children and their partners, and two absolutely beautiful grandchildren who bring special light into my life. I became a US citizen in 1988. I enjoy my home, and my friends, and I have very eclectic interests. I love to learn new things so that I continue to evolve on both a personal and spiritual level. I am very passionate about the work I do and feel very privileged to be working with people to help them achieve their dreams in life.

My Coaching Style

I’m direct and honest but also caring, supportive and insightful. With a clients permission, I will challenge and nudge you to move from where you are to where you want to be. Although I think the work we do together is tremendously important and valuable, I also think it should be energizing, fun and comfortable. I encourage clients to think big and aim high!
