What I Do:

With a direct and caring style, I coach people to live a life they love in all areas of their life.

I take my clients through a “Living True Process” which helps them get very clear on their limiting beliefs and also helps them get clear on their Life Purpose.

Because Life Purpose is integral to so many areas of life, I then coach people to make all of their life work based on the truth of their life purpose. This includes getting the relationship they want, a career that is fulfilling, health that is whole, environments that work, life reserves that satisfy, and possibilities realized.

I also train coaches in 2 programs – http://www.lifeonpurpose.com and www.christiancoachinginstitute.com. I also mentor new coaches who have been trained in other great programs.

You can choose to work with me 2, 3, or 4 times a month. It just depends on what you are up to and what you want to accomplish. In between our sessions, I am available for cyber coaching through email or catalytic coaching on the phone. Catalytic coaching s a 10 minute “get unstuck” session!!!

Personal

I am a successfully single mom with a thriving coaching practice. I am a possibility thinker who LOVES life. I have a passion for dancing – any kind of partner dancing. I love to work out, hike, bike, travel, and just plain PLAY!!! I also have sung for years in a trio and done much solo work. I am an actress and musician too. Originally from NY, Colorado Springs, CO has been my home for over 20 years.

I am absolutely passionate about coaching and it shows. My clients feel like I am really with them. I have been told that I can get to the heart of a matter very quickly and have a way of moving people quickly! I ask tough questions. I listen deeply. I hold onto your dreams when you lose sight. I give assignments when necessary. I use stories and laughter. I am not afraid of silence. It gives you time to think. I brainstorm with you and challenge you when necessary. We have fun and get the job done.
