PROFESSIONAL

Leaving a 12-year career in the corporate world to become a licensed psychotherapist in private practice, I decided that I felt more fulfilled empowering others to make conscious choices affecting their minds, bodies and spirits-leading to personal and professional change.

As a trained personal relationship coach, I am even more convinced that building connections and having successful relationships are necessities for living a fulfilling life.

PERSONAL

I have been married to my soulmate for 12 years. We lead a full and busy life in Chicago where we enjoy summer in our garden, Lake Michigan, music, the arts, travel, and sharing our blessings with others.
