Bill Crump, M.S.
What I Do:
I work with singles individually and in groups to help them gain more
profound knowledge of themselves with respect to their wishes for fulfilling
relationships. I provide my clients with the excellent structure and principles
of the LPQ Readiness process, while relying on the experience I gained in years
as a manager, consultant and trainer in the fields of organization and community
development.
My Mission:
My mission throughout my career has been to help people enrich their
lives through improving their capabilities in personal, business, and community
relationships.
Professional:
- Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling
- Senior Manager of Professional Development
- Senior Consultant to global corporations and agencies of local and national
scope
- Lecturer to singles ministries
- Instructor of effective presentation skills
- President of regional community council
- Dispute mediator
- Certified Myers-Briggs trainer, fluent with other key assessments
- Trained at NTL, Option Institute, Center for Creative Leadership
Personal:
I have a deepening awareness of life as a miracle in itself, offering
us gifts of learning and discovery. I also acknowledge that some of these
"gifts" come to us through pain and loss, and that most of us can provide much
evidence of that. Many of us have the will, and the capacity to grow the skill,
to offer heartfelt and effective assistance to our fellows in their respective
searches for meaning, comfort, and direction. My wish is to serve well in the
capacity of helper. My interests and travels have ranged widely. I am licensed
on land, air, and sea, holding commercial aviation and Coast Guard ratings. I
have conducted seminars and consulting activities on every continent on earth
except the cold one way south. I have vibrated with the exhilaration of high
achievement, I have suffered ravaging despair, and I have walked through the
valley of the shadow of death. I am an encourager, mentor, and fellow universal
traveler.
Coaching Style:
Having worked as a "change agent," I help clients regard themselves
as being in transition, in process of giving up something, passing through a
neutral zone, and moving toward a state that they can construct. I practice attentive
listening, honoring their personal sovereignty and their values.
Selected Client Comments:
"A generous and caring mentor." "Thoughtful and creative." "He
is bright, fun, and clearly enjoys his work." "My life at home is much better
because of his teaching." "A wise and empathetic counselor."
